To have the confidence and opportunity to target the best universities is a fundamental way to level up in society.
Unfortunately, socio-economic factors hinder the opportunities pupils are exposed to and thereby limits their confidence and aspirations to apply for admission in the world’s top universities. Various UK governments have long been trying to deliver on their levelling up promises. We contribute to this mission. Our solution is premised on the belief that every child deserves to feel they can and should strive to a world-class higher education.
Our tutorials along with evidence from the use of the online resources will factor into the award of the Oxford Minds certificate to the attending school.
Awards
Level 1: Bronze
Achievable for most schools because this requires the school to present evidence of provision in school and working towards or intended impact.
Level 2: Silver
For schools who register for the residential programme in Oxford (or Cambridge later) and provide evidence of impact on increased aspirational goals among teachers, students, and parents.
Level 3: Gold
For schools who complete the above, but also submit evidence of real increase in the number of students who apply to Oxbridge and Russell group universities.
